I coach lifters of all levels — from complete beginners who’ve never touched a barbell to seasoned competitors chasing bigger totals.

Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or preparing for your next meet, my goal is simple: "Help you move better, lift stronger, and build lasting confidence under the bar."

I take a highly individualised approach to coaching. Every lifter is different, and I believe in meeting people where they are — no cookie-cutter programs, no one-size-fits-all plans. My programming is built around you: your goals, your technique, your movement patterns, and how you respond to training.

I’ve been lifting and competing in powerlifting for nearly a decade, and it’s taken me around the world — across federations, platforms, and communities.

Growing up smaller than most, I discovered strength training as a way to prove something to myself.

Over the years, it’s given me far more than strength — it’s given me confidence, purpose, and the opportunity to help others find theirs.

As a coach, nothing compares to the feeling of watching a lifter hit a new PB, walk off the platform proud, or simply move pain-free again.

I’m an international shot putter with a strong foundation in physiotherapy and a focus on sport-specific performance.

My primary goal is to help athletes train in a way that directly supports what they do in competition.

That means programming that’s tailored, intentional, and rooted in the actual demands of their sport—developing qualities like explosive power, coordination, and positional strength.

I’m a big believer in movement quality and purposeful progress, with every session designed to bring athletes closer to performance readiness.

Olympic lifting is a key pillar of my approach. There’s nothing quite like the snatch or clean and jerk for building explosive strength and teaching athletes to generate force quickly and efficiently.

I’ve spent years refining technique—both my own and the athletes I coach—focusing on timing, rhythm, and proper mechanics.

Whether you’re a seasoned lifter or just learning the foundations, I put an emphasis on progression, not just load, and making sure every rep builds toward better performance on the platform or the field.

My background in physiotherapy gives me a practical edge when it comes to keeping athletes healthy and moving well.

I approach training with a long-term mindset—considering joint health, movement patterns, and injury history as part of the bigger picture.

It’s about developing athletes who are not only strong and powerful, but also durable and consistent in their training.

From prehab and mobility work to load management and recovery, I aim to build robust systems, not just highlight moments of peak performance.

Outside of training, you’ll usually find me chasing caffeine, explaining to strangers what a shot put actually is, or reorganising my gym bag for the third time this week.

I take performance seriously—but I think the process should still be fun, a little chaotic, and full of small wins.
